Ann and Greg's Maleny Wedding

A crisp sunny day in Maleny, a cute couple, and their awesome bridal bunch.

It was fitting for Ann and Greg to get hitched on top of a mountain. They are the recent owners of their own cute mountain cottage and are super keen to start their new adventure together.

Greg's day started with a few rounds of golf at the new Maleny Golf Course and it was a fun way to shake off the nerves and muck around with the boys.  A good opportunity for us too, to get out of Brisbane and get us some crisp mountain air.  Ann and her girls had a quiet morning overlooking the Glasshouse Mountains whilst Ann's Mum, Jen put the final touches on her gorgeous handmade gown.  The ceremony took place in the elegant little chapel at Weddings at Tiffanys. These guys had luck on their side as we had the famous One Tree Hill all to ourselves to frolic and picnic whilst the sun set over the mountains.  The boys from Myfilm captured some awesome aerial videography before we returned to Tiffanys to kick on and party.  Once darkness hit and the formalities were over, tables were pushed back and everyone hit the dance floor.  Congratulations guys, and thanks for sharing your day with us.

Quaint Yoga Studio in Taringa

Most likely the cutest yoga studio in Brisbane with the most lovely yogi.

I met this beautiful soul Tam and spent some time at her new little studio in Taringa.  We had fun playing around with the space and snapped some great images for Tam's new website. The studio is perfect for people wanting a smaller class size and a calm, gentle guiding hand offering support through your yoga practice.  Go check out her website www.tamaracarr.com.au or her Facebook page, or better still, drop into the cute Abode cafe under the tree and check out Tam Carr Yoga. Thanks for having me Tam :)

My baby step into the land of blog...

A new blog for the new year.  I'm sure posts won’t be often but I’m thinking I can probably handle a few every year. I also thought I'd better keep up with the rest of the photography folk and get on this.

We've been shooting families and weddings for a while now, so not wanting to leave some of my favourite people out, I'll be posting my new families as we hang out together and most likely a throwback Thursday every now and then as a salute to my favourite peeps from over the years.

Hope you enjoy, J x
